We have just got these amazing Swedish Acupressure Mats instock and i have to say these mats are fast becoming my favorite health gadget. Up until now dry skin brushing has be a firm favorite of mine but these mats have gone a step beyond. Another great video from Dr. Greger showing the antioxidant value of various dried berries such as goji berry and indian gooseberry aka amla. Amla topped all of the common dried berries in the study and was shown to be the most potent per serving.

Dr Greger states in the video that “in a class of its own, top dog for the healthiest snack on the planet is dried indian gooseberry(amla)”. That is a pretty powerful statement but research is backing up that Amla is indeed a powerful berry with great potential health benefits.
